    Are you visiting the Alvinston area or just passing through take time to book a meal at Hope United Church. We are located at 3219 Elgin St. Alvinston, Ont. N0N 1A0. We are an active congregation in and around our community, whether it be helping at the Maple Syrup Festival, participating and running a food booth at the Alvinston Fair, to catering Easter banquets, funeral, birthday or anniversary gatherings.

    Our mission is “passing on the faith in God through Jesus Christ” and we do this through supporting our youth group, mission trips, and leadership development through summer camps, hosting a Friendship group, and other activities.


    We offer a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with special diets accommodated. We are wheelchair accessible and can accommodate up to 80 people. We offer sit down, buffet or box lunch if you are on a picnic.

    A fifty percent deposit is required and is fully refundable with two weeks cancellation required. Drivers and escorts are free. No group is too small.   Our menu is as follows:


Breakfast -- $8.50

                       English muffin and egg

                       Muffins, cheese & fruit tray


Lunch -- $12.00

                Soup, Sandwiches & Salad


Relish Tray, Cookie and square tray included.


Dinner -- $17.00 for one meat $20.00 for 2 meats

                 Salad/Relish tray

                 Meats, potato and vegetables

                 Dessert


All meals include tea, coffee and /or juice



Special Dinner: if you are taking a tour of Munro Honey and wish to experience a meal made with honey it is as follows:


Barbequed Beef or Chicken Breast

Honey Baked Beans

Potato or Rice

Molded Cranberry Waldorf Salad or Layered Lettuce Salad

Relish Tray

Pumpkin Squares and Apple Crisp

Coffee/Tea/Juice

Price: $25.00


We can also provide local entertainment for your dining pleasure for an additional cost.
