Science Day Camp – July 15-19, 2024 – 9 am-4 pm

Camp Theme: The world around you…what do you see… why is it important.

Outlined and supported by a school teacher with a biology background. Our senior staff education majors will lead campers in hands-on experiential learning. We will look at cells, living creatures big and small. We will explore our local river water quality, bees and butterflies and if time electricity.  Adult Director TBA

Join us for a dynamic week of exploring creativity on and off stage. Our experienced staff are looking forward to helping you get started with a new instrument and/or improving your skills with one you already know how to play. Brigden Music Day Camp – July  22-26, 2024 – 9am-4pm

Grades: 3-10  Cost: $100

Experience camp activities such as crafts, archery,  adventure activities and chapel designed for younger campers. . Groups will be doing rotations and experience all kinds of different camp activities to give a taste of camp for the future.

Jr. Day Camp – August 5 - August 09, 2024 – 9am - 4pm

Cook meals on an open fire, and learn basic camping skills: canoeing, orienteering, shelter-building, and much more, all in God’s creation. This overnight camp provides food and tents. You may bring your own tent if you by arrangement, but please don’t bring snacks fas they attract raccoons & other wild life.  Adult Director: Jim Breen

This is a challenging 5-day overnight canoe trip down the Sydenham. Depending water depth and current, it can mean 6-7 hours of hard canoeing on some days. Be prepared to canoe a lot and portage around obstacles! This trip builds character,  & teamwork, and forms great bonds with friends. There will be daily chapels. You will stay along the river, at pre-arranged  camp sites. Camp staff will be in daily contact with support. This camp feels like back woods camping but are never out of cell phone coverage.  (There will be water-proof back packs available to borrow at an orientation meeting the week before camp!)

Alvinston Vacation Bible School  July 8-12,  9 am to 11:30 am   

Grades: SK-9  Cost: Donations

Location: Hope United Church 3219 Elgin St. Alvinston, Ontario,

This half day program where we teach Bible stories through songs, lessons, crafts, snacks and games. The oldest class will help put on a closing program with drama and songs by all campers. The closing program Friday at 11 am at Hope United Church.
